As the PM, we built Glodon’s first AI-aided web-based tool.
We combined machine learning (ML) and algorithms (covering targeting scenario with over a hundred rules) to generate Residential District plans within 3 minutes. The product covered the entire business process of Residential District early-stage design, including input of requirements and site conditions, design interaction, AI generation, plan evaluation, revising, simulation, and report generation.
In addition, we also completed two design scenario solutions and five simulation simulations (noise, light, view, human flow, and traffic flow), showcased at the 2023 China Digital Building Summit.
